A Moorhead woman wanted for taking her children from the home of a relative in southern Minnesota has been arrested and is in the Clay County Jail. Izetta Cooley was found at her home in Moorhead late Tuesday morning with four of her five children. A 16-year-old boy was not with Cooley. A warrant had been issued for Cooley’s arrest in Mower County, after she took the children, in violation of a protection order in Clay County. Her husband, Miguel Cooley Sr., is charged with the shooting death of 20-year-old Gabriel Perez outside a Fargo McDonalds. He’s in jail in Austin, Minnesota pending a hearing to return him to North Dakota. Thanks to KFGO radio.
