(Moorhead, MN) — A man is in custody after fleeing Clay County Sheriff’s deputies in a stolen vehicle Saturday morning. Deputies responded to a stolen vehicle in north Moorhead around 3 a.m. The driver fled, and a PIT maneuver was used to stop the car. The driver, later identified as 18-year-old Zimry Rutingabo, fled on foot but was quickly arrested.

The question that must be answered now is this: Why is Biden still fit to be President of the United States if he is not fit to be a candidate? Biden is not fit to be President and must resign immediately.” Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic presidential nominee.

(Sauk Rapids, MN) — Authorities in Benton County are investigating the death of a man in Sauk Rapids. Officers say the man’s body was discovered Sunday morning in Lions Park. The report says the Sauk Rapids Police Department requested help from the Minnesota B-C-A “due to the location of the deceased.” The medical examiner will identify the man and his cause of death. Lions Park and the splash pad were closed Sunday during the investigation.

(St. Cloud, MN) — Around 320 employees will be jobless by the end of the year after officials at Fulfillment Distribution Center, Inc. (FDC) in St. Cloud announced the permanent closure of its facilities. FDC President Dave Baldwin sent a letter to state officials citing that the center’s only customer, Publishers Clearing House, is closing its e-commerce business line. Baldwin estimates FDC will be shut down by October 4th.

(Big Lake, MN) — No one was injured when a train derailed in Sherburne County early Saturday morning. Fifteen cars carrying consumer goods came off the track near Big Lake around 3:15 a.m. The derailment caused disruptions to train schedules over the weekend as freight trains were rerouted around the site. As a result, Northstar had to cancel a train that was supposed to bring fans from Big Lake to Minneapolis to watch the Twins game. Crews worked throughout the weekend to clear the site and resume normal operations.

(Carbon County, MT) — A Minnesota man is believed dead after a fall into a creek in Montana. Authorities in Carbon County, Montana say Dylan Honnoll of Rogers was hiking near Billings on July 12th when he reportedly fell into the rapids of East Rosebud Creek. Investigators believe he was trapped underwater after falling in. The Carbon County Sheriff’s Office said additional items belonging to Honnoll were found in the creek on Friday. A prayer vigil for Honnoll will be held at his parent’s home in Rogers tonight.
>>Duluth Tour Boat Hits Breakwater During Wedding Cruise
(Duluth, MN) — Several people are recovering from injuries after a tour boat hosting a wedding reception crashed into a breakwater on Lake Superior. The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office says the boat hit the barrier in the Wisconsin Entry around 11 p.m. on Saturday. One person on board had to be airlifted to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment but is expected to recover. More than 80 people were on board at the time of the crash, which is under investigation.
