Police describe the suspect as a short, African American man between 18 and 20 years old. He wore a blue sweatshirt and multi-colored pants.

(St. Paul, MN) — Two former Minnesotans, now living in Nevada, are charged with conspiracy to commit voter registration fraud. Acting U.S. Attorney Joseph Thompson says Ronnie Williams and Lorraine Combs created fake names for voter applications in Minnesota between 2021 and 2022. Williams submitted the forms to a group called Foundation 1, which paid him for each registration that was completed. Authorities say Combs shared in the payments. Thompson praised the FBI for stopping the scheme before any fraudulent votes were cast.
