Legislative leaders worked into the night Thursday at the State Capitol but still don’t have a deal on transportation funding or a bonding bill with three days left until the deadline. Governor Mark Dayton says it’s time to reach agreement on those key issues. Dayton says, “They’re obviously at a point now where they need to, if they’re gonna get done by midnight on Sunday, they have to get them resolved, or they won’t be. I can’t predict that outcome.” Dayton said Thursday if there’s no transportation bill this session, he wants 500 million dollars carried forward so the issue can be addressed next year.
