Carver County officials say they found no obvious signs of trauma on the body of pop star Prince and no sign of foul play, but would not comment whether any staff members at Paisley Park are under investigation in his death. Sheriff Jim Olson says, “We have no reason to believe at this time it’s a suicide. The rest of it’s under investigation.” Olson says Prince was alone at home when staff members were unable to contact him Thursday morning, investigated and found him collapsed in an elevator. “Prince is a very private person, and I don’t think that that would be unusual for him to be there by himself,” Olson says. The sheriff says Prince was last seen alive about 8 o’clock Wednesday night when an acquaintance dropped him off at his home.
