The state fire marshal is trying to determine the cause of a house fire New Year’s morning in the small community of Roscoe, just west of Saint Cloud. Crews arrived to find the dwelling fully engulfed in flames. There was one person inside, a 21-year-old man, who made it out safely. The owner was out of town.
