(Hastings, MN) — Investigators say a game called “nerf wars” resulted in the crash that killed two Lakeville South High School students last week. Dakota County Captain Jim Rogers says that’s based on witness statements and nerf guns that were recovered at the scene. And Rogers says only one of the four teens was wearing a seatbelt. 17-year-old Jake Flynn and 18-year-old Johnny Price were killed in the crash. Officials say drugs and alcohol were not factors.
