UPDATE: Mildred Besson was found safe in Ramsey earlier this afternoon.
Officials are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 84-year-old Apple Valley woman.
Mildred Besson was last seen at around 3:30 pm Monday when she left home to run an errand. Mildred is five-foot-three, 113 pounds with dark hair and glasses. Mildred is driving a green 2005 Dodge Caravan with Minnesota handicapped plates 7-2-1-1-H-M.
Anyone with information is urged to call 9-1-1.
