The Ramsey Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Ramsey man. 52-year-old Jeffrey Asfahl has been missing since Wednesday morning. His wife reported that Jeffrey was gone when she woke up. Police say this is unusual for Jeffrey, who has health concerns, and they are concerned for his welfare. The vehicle he was driving was located abandoned in Minneapolis. Jeffrey is described as five-feet-ten inches tall, weighing 190 pounds with blue eyes and brown/red hair. He does not have his medications and he left his wallet behind. Anyone with information is urged to call 9-1-1.
