One person from Minnesota has died and two others were injured, one critically, after a seaplane flipped over in choppy water on Lake Winnebago north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin Thursday night. Authorities say the plane was taking off near the Experimental Aircraft Association fly-in. Crews rescued two people trapped in the nearly-submerged aircraft but a third was able to get out. Officials with the National Transportation Board expected to remove the plane from the lake later today.
