Paisley Park in Chanhassen is open for tours through December.

Angie Marchese is the archivist for the Minnesota music legend’s former home and studio, which is now a museum and she says she hopes “that visitors take away the Prince they remember, the Prince they got to know through the exhibits, and I hope that they feel welcomed the way that Prince would’ve welcomed them here.”

Prince helped conceptualize the museum before his death in April. The museum features some of Prince’s most icnonic clothes and instruments, including several items from the movie “Purple Rain”.

There’s also a display of Prince’s ashes in Paisley Park’s front atrium.
