(Duluth, MN) — Republicans’ division over Donald Trump is coming to the forefront at the state GOP convention in Duluth this afternoon. A group associated with the so-called “Never Trump” movement planned to make a motion to ban spending any state party money on behalf of the presumptive Republican nominee for president. But they’ve reportedly altered that plan and will instead propose that party officials be allowed to serve even if they don’t support a particular candidate. There’s no explicit mention of Trump, however.
