Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence campaigned for Donald Trump in Duluth this morning, one day before the election. Pence told a cheering crowd, “I choose a stronger America. I choose a more prosperous America. I choose an America that upholds our highest constitutional liberties, so I choose to stand with Donald Trump!” Pence said, “The American people long for something new and different, and the other party has literally nominated someone who personifies the failed status quo…. I think the American people have had enough.” Pence also campaigned for Stewart Mills, who’s challenging incumbent Democrat Rick Nolan for U-S House in the 8th Congressional District. The Trump and Clinton campaigns are making a flurry of stops across the country as voters get ready to go to the polls.
