A new report finds the percentage of Minnesotans without health insurance is lowest ever at 4.3 percent. MNsure C-E-O Allison O’Toole says two groups saw the largest drop in uninsured: The “young invincibles” — those from 18 to 34 years old — and Minnesotans age 55 to 64. Officials say all groups of Minnesotans, regardless of income or ethnic group, saw increases in health insurance coverage — but the uninsured rate remains higher among Minnesotans of color than their white counterparts.
