Representative Collin Peterson took top honors this year at Senator Al Franken’s annual Minnesota Congressional Hotdish Off Competition with his “Right To Bear Arms Hotdish.”
Peterson beat out the recipes of nine fellow Minnesota lawmakers. Other recipes: “Sunday Beer Run and Brat Hotdish,” “‘Minnesota Wild’ Rice and Pheasant Hotdish,” and “Minnesota Melting Tot.” The hot dishes were judged for their taste, presentation and originality. Franken says…
