Federal officials are investigating after a small plane crash in a field near the Willmar airport Wednesday morning left one man slightly injured. Eric Rudningen of Kerkhoven was doing a flight check with a fellow pilot when the Cessna 150 reportedly lost power, crashed in a soybean field and flipped over. The other pilot was not injured.
