(Arden Hills, MN) — The Bethel University football team puts its unbeaten season on the line tomorrow in an N-C-A-A Division III third round playoff game. The 11-0 Royals host UW-Platteville tomorrow at noon at Royal Stadium in Arden Hills. Bethel boasts a high-powered offense led by junior receiver Albert Rundell of Watertown. Rundell leads all divisions of college football with 1,489 receiving yards. He has 105 receptions this season and 21 touchdowns, including 11 TD’s in his past three games. He had a 21-reception performance against Carleton in November. Rundell says his success is due to the team chemistry they’ve developed on offense. His quarterback is junior Cooper Drews of Princeton, who has 6,687 career passing yards in just his second season as the starter. The winner of tomorrows’ game advances to the national quarterfinals and will play next weekend.
