(Roseville, MN) — Roseville Police discovered a body inside a car submerged in Lake Josephine Sunday afternoon. Investigators believe it’s the body of a missing Shoreview woman. The car was found about 75 feet away from the boat ramp. Officials say the vehicle matches the description of a car owned by 64-year-old Judi O, who was reported missing by her husband last Sunday. The Ramsey County Medical Examiner will release the woman’s identify along with an official cause of death.
