(St. Cloud, MN) — Police have identified the woman found dead on the ice on the Mississippi River near a bridge in Saint Cloud on Sunday. Authorities believe 21-year-old Hannah Udvig of St. Cloud fell or jumped from the bridge. A preliminary autopsy supports that conclusion. Investigators want to speak with anyone who may have been on or near the bridge around 1 a-m last Sunday.
