Police looking for suspects in string of metro area hotel armed robberies

Officials are seeking the public’s help to identify two male suspects in multiple hotel robberies in the Twin Cities metro area. Since late July, the two suspects have entered the hotels in early morning hours asking if a room is available, and then either implied they had a gun, or pulled one out. Police say the robberies have increasingly become more violent. The robberies have been committed in Woodbury, North Branch, Inver Grove Heights, Red Wing and Hastings.
