Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 21-year-old woman. Elena Richter–who also goes by Elena Glaskova–was last seen at her Maplewood residence around 10:30 Wednesday night. When her parent’s went to check on her, she was gone and no one has heard from her. Elena is considered a vulnerable adult and authorities and her parents are concerned about her welfare. Elena is 4-feet-11 inches tall, weighs 95 pounds and has brown eyes and shoulder-length brown/auburn hair. She was last seen wearing black pants and a black jacket. Anyone with information is urged to call 9-1-1.
