President Trump today becomes the first sitting U-S president to make an in-person address at the national March for Life in Washington D-C. Two days ago, thousands turned out at the Minnesota Capitol, one speaker urging the cheering crowd, “On this 47th anniversary of Roe -v- Wade, let us together rededicate ourselves to protecting unborn children and supporting their mothers.”
Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life is asking the legislature to ban late-term abortions and give women the option to see ultrasound results before having an abortion. Governor Tim Walz opposes both measures saying, “I trust women to make their own health care decisions…. That seems to work out really well, both from a constitutional perspective and a health perspective.”
