(St. Paul, MN) — The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis has reached a settlement with the Ramsey County Attorney’s office in a civil case accusing the Archdiocese of failing to protect children from a predatory priest. County Attorney John Choi filed criminal and civil charges against the archdiocese in June for its failed oversight of former priest Curtis Wehmeyer. The criminal case against the church is ongoing.
