The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating a missing 45-year-old Vadnais Heights woman.
Michelle Newell was last seen at her residence August 29th. Officials say Newell has ongoing health concerns and it is unusual for her not to be in contact with friends or family for this long. Newell is described as five-feet-five, 120 pounds with long brown hair and hazel eyes.
