The U-S Attorney’s Office in Minneapolis is set to release the findings of a civil rights investigation into the fatal police shooting of 24-year-old Jamar Clark (11am). The federal investigation was initiated after Clark was shot by an officer in north Minneapolis during a struggle in November 2015. The officers involved in the shooting were not criminally charged in Clark’s death.
