Fifty-three-year-old Glenn Johnson is facing multiple murder charges after stabbing two of his neighbors at a Salvation Army apartment building in Rochester Saturday night. Johnson is accused of stabbing 57-year-old Phillip Hicks in the back while he was sitting in his wheelchair. According to the complaint, Johnson then went into the apartment of 45-year-old Eric Flemming and attacked him. He suffered three stab wounds to the chest. Both men were pronounced dead at the hospital. A security officer at the apartment complex told police when he met Johnson coming down the stairs he was giggling.
