Elizabeth Weaver
A Rochester woman will spend one year in jail for smuggling drugs into the Olmsted County Jail. 23-year-old Elizabeth Weaver was among three people charged after the staff at the Adult Detention Center discovered methamphetamine was being brought into the facility inside wristwatches. The investigation started when staff became suspicious about the number of inmates receiving watches. In addition to the jail sentence, Weaver will also be on probation for 10 years.
