A well known rock singer back out on the circuit with his new band was found dead in his tour vehicle in Bloomington 
near Mall of America. Scott Weiland, former front man for Stone Temple Pilots was scheduled to play in Rochester Saturday night with his group the Wildabouts. Investigators have not determined a cause of death. Weiland was 48.
