A 37-year-old Roseville man is charged with criminal sexual conduct involving one of his customers at a massage business. Officials say Marion Anderson was working at Elements Massage when he inappropriately touched a client in November. The woman says she told Anderson she was uncomfortable with his behavior during the session and Anderson then apologized and asked her to “pinky promise”. When the woman asked him “pinky promise for what” he did not respond. In 2013, Anderson was charged with practicing massage without a license in Plymouth after similar misconduct allegations surfaced. In that case, the woman declined to pursue criminal charges. Anderson no longer works at Elements Massage.
