(St. Paul, MN) — The National Hockey League names Wild center Marco Rossi their first star of the week yesterday for helping the Wild to three straight wins. Rossi had three goals and eight points in three games last week in wins over Nashville, Washington and Carolina. He has three points against the Predators, scored the tying goal late in regulation against the Capitals and finished it off with a career best four assist game on Saturday against the Hurricanes. The ninth overall pick in 2020 by the Wild is second on the team in goals with 15 and points with 37 in 40 games thus far. Troy Terry of Anaheim was named the second star with the third star going to Kings goaltender Darcy Kuemper. Rossi and the Wild are home tonight to host the St. Louis Blues at 7 P-M.
