Authorities say a man from Sauk Rapids in central Minnesota beat and strangled the woman he was living with, while four children were elsewhere in the residence. 37-year-old David Williams Junior faces two counts of second-degree murder in the death of 30-year-old Crystal Bundy, and a Benton County judge today (Mon) set bail at half-a-million dollars. Investigators say after Williams killed Bundy, he called his parents and asked them to drive up from Saint Paul to pick up the grandchildren. Williams apparently contacted authorities when his parents called en-route, saying they would not come to his residence until he notified law enforcement and asked for medical assistance.
