St. Cloud police are asking for help identifying and speaking to the driver of a vehicle seen in the area where a St. Cloud State University student was last seen before being reported missing. The vehicle was shown by surveillance cameras driving behind Empire Apartments about 1:30 a.m. Saturday. It left the area a few minutes later. This is the same area where 21-year-old Jesse Dady was last seen walking early Saturday morning. He is described as a white male approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds with hazel eyes and blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a blaze orange hat, gray jacket and blue jeans. The search for Dady continues today and will focus on the Mississippi river. Stearns County Chief Deputy Sheriff Bruce Bechtold says they used a bloodhound to track Dady’s scent to the riverbank. On Monday Hennepin County Sheriff’s officials brought in a side sonar device to help search the river. Bechtold says if the sonar indicates there’s a body in the river, they will send divers in. Anyone with information should contact the Stearns County Sheriff’s Department.
