(Grand Marais, MN) — Second-degree murder charges have been filed against a man from the town of Finland in a fatal shooting early Wednesday morning at Bluefin Bay Resort on Minnesota’s North Shore. Prosecutors say 61-year-old Kirk Bigby got into a physical confrontation and shot and killed 35-year-old Marcus Roberts from Bloomington, who worked for a gaming company hired by Bluefin for a holiday party. Bigby is set to be arraigned tomorrow morning in Grand Marais.
