A likely murder-suicide Friday has the community of Ramsey grieving. Officials say it appears that 41-year-old Bryce Monson shot his wife Courtney (30-years-old) multiple times with a semi-automatic handgun, and then shot himself. Anoka Republican Jim Abeler asked for a moment of silence on the Senate floor today (MON) and made an emotional plea for women in domestic violence situations to reach out for help and asked “men, please talk if you’re having these kinds of troubles, find someone and work on this.” The couple leaves behind four children ranging in age from two to 12.
