St. Cloud Police are looking for a shooter and a victim after a report of shots fired just before 9 pm last night. Witnesses say they heard two shots then saw two males running in different directions. And video footage shows one of the males pulling out a handgun and shooting the other male, possibly striking him in the leg. The suspected shooter has been identified as 19-year-old William White Junior. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on the shooting is urged to call 9-1-1.
