One more day of record warmth is on the way followed by the return of winter for some Minnesotans. The lower half of the state will see highs this afternoon in the 50’s. Then late Thursday and extending through Friday night, a large storm could dump up around foot of snow across a portion of central and southern Minnesota. Forecasters are still not sure where exactly that snow will hit — but cities with the greatest potential include Minneapolis-St. Paul, Redwood Falls, Faribault, Mankato and Hutchinson.
