Among problems from the early-season snowfall across Minnesota: Both westbound lanes of I-94 were blocked west of Alexandria this morning when tractor-trailer jackknifed. The semi driver was not hurt. State Patrol Sergeant Jesse Grabow says it was one of about a dozen weather-related crashes, spin-outs and vehicle-off-road calls that troopers responded to in west-central Minnesota this morning.
