Governor Mark Dayton continues trying for a deal with legislative leaders, hoping to call a special session next week just before Christmas to provide relief for big health insurance increases on MNsure. An obviously frustrated Dayton said Tuesday it’s very hard to coordinate and people are on totally different tracks:
Dayton sent legislative leaders detailed proposals for health insurance premium relief, a bonding bill and a tax bill — saying he needs agreement by Thursday “or we can’t proceed to a special session.”
