St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis says this (Sunday) morning that his thoughts and prayers are with the eight victims, as well as the hundreds of families, that were at the mall during the attack last (Saturday) night.
He also noted the quick action from the off duty police officer from another agency who shot and killed the suspect. Kleis wouldn’t say which department he works for, but we are hoping to learn that information later today.
Kleis says calls and emails have bee pouring in from all over the world.
