MN Education Commissioner Brenda Cassellius
State Education Commissioner Brenda Cassellius says she’s applying to be the next superintendent of the Minneapolis school system. Cassellius says she sees it as an opportunity to extend her service to the state. The Minneapolis School Board has been looking for a new superintendent for over a year after Bernadeia Johnson resigned early in 2015.
