State Representative Rena Moran, a Saint Paul Democrat, says she’s introducing a bill to reduce the disadvantage that some women have in job interviews. She says, “If you go into an interview and the employer asks you that question about, how much did you make at your last job, this bill would not allow that question to be asked.” Moran says women of color make 60 cents on the dollar compared to white males, and for white women it’s 79 to 80 cents.
