State officials are out with the latest top-25 most dangerous drunk driving counties in Minnesota. The Twin Cities counties of Hennepin, Anoka, Ramsey and Dakota top the list followed by St. Louis County fifth. Among the counties new to the list this time around: Aitkin, Le Sueur, Freeborn, Rice, Winona and Kandiyohi counties. Six Minnesota counties are no longer in the top-25: Benton, Mille Lacs, Cly, Morrison, Carlton and Pine counties. Public Safety officials base the rankings on drunk driving deaths and alcohol related serious injuries.
