State officials are again giving Minnesotans an extra month to shop for their health insurance for 2019 on the MNsure state-run exchange. Open enrollment will begin November 1st and run through January 13th of 2019 — almost a month longer than the federal open-enrollment period. MNsure acting C-E-O Nate Clark says given the changes coming to Minnesota’s Medicare plans, the extra time will ensure that all MNsure subscribers receive vital assistance.
