Tony Chesak (Cheh-sick), with the Minnesota Licensed Beverage Association says however, that Sunday liquor sales could raise costs for consumers and small family-owned businesses. The bill now moves on to the House floor for a vote. If passed, the law would go into effect on July 1st.
