A man from Superior, Wisconsin has been found guilty of criminal vehicular homicide in a hit-and-run crash just over a year ago that killed a woman from Duluth. Police say 60-year-old Susan Menz was taking pictures of fall colors when 31-year-old Paul Linskie’s car left the road and plunged to the water, where Menz’s body was found a few feet from the vehicle. Three college students testified they saw a man run from the car apparently yelling, “You never saw me here.” The defense argued there wasn’t enough evidence that it was Linskie’s vehicle that killed Menz.
