A 54-year-old man is under arrest accused of shooting another man who was trying to push a vehicle out of a ditch in Chisago County Tuesday night. Officials say the victim suffered minor injuries from a gunshot wound to the face. Two passengers in the vehicle were not harmed. The suspect came out of a nearby home and was taken into custody after SWAT and crisis negotiation teams set up a perimeter around the area of the shooting. It’s not clear what led up to the shooting.
