Police in Cloquet have a suspect in custody after a fatal shooting this morning. The male victim was pronounced dead at a Duluth hospital and a 33-year-old suspect was apprehended a short time later near the crime scene. Authorities say it was not a random act and they don’t believe the public is at risk.
