A Madison, Wisconsin high school teacher faces federal child pornography charges, even Minnesota authorities reportedly are still considering whether to file charges in a separate alleged incident at a Minneapolis hotel. David Kruchten was arrested Thursday morning and entered not guilty pleas at his initial appearance in federal court Thursday afternoon. The charges against the 37-seven year-old business teacher at East High School apparently do not stem from a December school trip to Minneapolis, during which students found hidden cameras in their hotel rooms. A grand jury indictment charges Kruchten with seven counts of attempting to produce child pornography. He’s due back in court February 5th.
