There will be a virtual cornucopia of new foods to sample at Target Field this opening day. The Twins have unveiled some of the new options, like a triple sausage bloody Mary, Summit beer cheese pretzels and Murray’s Steak smoked beef sandwich. Executive Chef Kurt Chenier says one of the standouts this year:

Other new foods include a shrimp boil and hot Indian Chicken Tikka Salad, as well as vegan and kosher options. Fans can sample these foods for themselves when the Twins host the Royals in Monday’s home opener (3:10).
