Authorities have now released the name of the teenage boy fatally struck by two vehicles Thursday night as he crossed Highway 7 in Saint Louis Park. Preliminary reports suggest 15-year-old Daunte Moore of Hopkins might have been distracted by his cell phone. State Patrol Lieutenant Tiffani Nielsen says the youth did *not* intentionally run into traffic. The drivers of the two vehicles, a 24-year-old man and a 59-year-old man, both from Minnetonka, have been cooperating with police and it’s not immediately clear whether they’ll be charged.
